The College Coaches Showcase Camp is designed for high school lacrosse players that want to be evaluated by and work directly with college coaches on the field. The event is for those players who are focused on becoming prospective student-athletes and want to showcase their skills. The camp will feature high level instruction from active college coaches, verbal evaluations and feedback provided by the coaching staff through the instructional process, as well as a discussion on the process of working towards a college lacrosse opportunity. The college coaches on site will instruct players and provide feedback on how to improve. The camp is open to all high school lacrosse players and is restricted in enrollment. The player-to-coach ratio will not exceed 8:1. These camps are in compliance with all NCAA rules.

ALL PLAYERS WILL RECEIVE

  • Instruction from all coaches attending the event.
  • Feedback on Stick Skills, Footwork, Shooting, Dodging, Lacrosse IQ (by position).
  • Opportunities to ask questions about their skills and get to know the college coaches of various NCAA levels (Division I, II, III).
  • An in person open discussion about the NCAA recruiting process, rules, and regulations.
  • All campers will be numbered so the coaches can identify each player.

DISCUSSION ON COLLEGE ATHLETICS

This is an open discussion between the college coaches, the players, and the family of the players. There are many myths and misunderstandings about playing college athletics. This discussion is a chance to ask questions and get informed about some of the rules and regulations of college athletic recruitment. Topics like NCAA rules and what do coaches look for will be covered as well.

INSTRUCTION & EVALUATION

At the College Coaches Skills Camp, college coaches will work directly with athletes throughout the day, offering hands-on instruction in both group and one-on-one settings. This format allows prospects to showcase their skills, ask questions, and build relationships with coaches.

Coaches will evaluate how players receive and apply instruction—an essential part of the recruiting process. Feedback will be provided during and around instructional sessions, and athletes are encouraged to seek additional insights from camp staff at any time.

To make the most of this opportunity, players should come prepared and ask for specific evaluations that support their development and recruiting goals

THE COLLEGE COACHES ARE ON THE FIELD ALL DAY
JUST LIKE THEY ARE FOR THEIR OWN PRACTICES & GAMES
